Online shopping is really common nowadays and it does have advantages and disadvantages for human. In my opinion, the advantages of online shopping is outweigh the disadvantages.

The first benefit of online shopping is it helps people on running errands. For some people, going to the supermarket takes a lot of time and energy. The availability of online shop service really cut the time and energy waste. Today, people can buy toilet paper just by clicking their phone and paying it via credit card or they can buy airplane ticket without going to the airport. The simplicity of buying things through internet is something that busy people are truly needed. The second benefit of online shopping is that you can buy some products with credit card, in which you can pay it partly and divided into months. This thing is really useful for people who are in an urgent need to buy something, yet they don’t have enough money to buy it. Even though that the payment method actually available in the offline setting, but sometimes the credit card service offers the better promotion in the online than the offline shop. For example, I bought an air fryer machine months ago via e-commerce application. I used my credit card to pay the product and it gave me a better price than the offline shop did and I didn’t need to waste my time to the electronic shop to buy it.

Beside the advantages that I have mentioned above, online shopping does have disadvantage. You need the bigger self-control in order to hold your desire to buy unnecessary things. This disadvantage is actually depending on the people who use the service. Some people do have their good self-control to only buy the primary goods. On the other hand, with the advanced technology that we have today, some people can turn into a shopaholic and splurge their money every day.

After all, online shopping does have advantages and disadvantage that depends on the people who use it.
